Q: What’s your return policy?

Easy. If it is a regularly stocked item (on our website,) without any “Special Order Only” disclaimers, and it is unused, send it back for a full refund, minus the shipping charge.
If you ordered a “Special Order Only” call us and talk to us. Explain what happened and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Q: What happens if I have a warranty issue?

In the unfortunate event you have a warranty issue, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible. We know many of the trucks out there are the way you make a living, so we want to get them back on the road as quick as possible. We will make every effort to resolve your issue as soon as possible.Many of the products we sell are covered under warranty from the manufacturers.

Q: How can I track my package?

After you complete your order you will receive an email from our automated store system that will provide your tracking number. You can then use that number to locate your package with the shipping provider you chose at the checkout.

Q: Do you run discounts or specials?

Absolutely. We will post specials on our website from time to time, but be looking at our Facebook page constantly – every now and again we do a giveaway! We’ve been known to give away cool items like turbo back exhaust systems, ARP head studs, BombShelter Diesel Supply gift cards and other awesome stuff!
